Appeal upheld: threat of expulsion blocked

In its ruling of 4 March 2024, a cantonal appeals authority upheld an appeal filed by Kanzlei König in a matter under education law. The proceedings centred on whether or not a threat of expulsion from a baccalaureate school was justified.

The threat of expulsion from school was a disciplinary measure. In the appeal proceedings, Kanzlei König submitted documents that invalidated the basis for imposing that disciplinary measure. The appeal was therefore upheld.
